"Saskia Salon is a place where you will encounter beauty professionals of the highest caliber but still feel like you are in a friendly and comfortable space. I always leave feeling pampered and looking great! I've been seeing Evelyn for years now and she is attentive, kind, and so skilled at what she does. She is a true collaborator when I want to try something different, offering awesome advice, but never pushing me out of my comfort zone or pressuring me into purchases I don't want/need. I also have had the opportunity to observe the other stylists there in my years at Saskia--it's always such a bubbly and warm environment. They seem to get along like family, which makes it a really fun place to spend a few hours--not cold and clinical like some other upscale salons. I highly recommend you check it out!(and get a complimentary oat milk latte! Oh yeah! They do that, too!)"

"Frank BUTCHERED - DESTROYING MY Long thick hair WITHOUT My request OR consent @ Saskia Salon! My VERY LONG thick mid back length HAIR WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED by Frank's INCOMPETENCE & PURE GREED @ Saskia's Salon - I DID NOT ASK FOR or WANT this Haircut - YET Frank cut WITHOUT my permission to drive up a higher price = higher commision like a CROOK destroyed my hair for his GREED!! HE COMPLETELY RUINED my LONG HAIR I'm reminded DAILY as a year later it's STILL SHORT/THIN! (See pictures) Frank ALWAYS ADDED on NOT requested services, treatments & CUTS to increase total bill to $400+ Bill EVERY TIME! - (Photo of average bill.) I declined the add on “SNEAK IN” at wash time a "RIP OFF $40 TREATMENT" which ruins your hair! He did it anyway. HONEST Business DO NOT need to SNEAK in $40 "Treatments@!" do it to EVERYONE! I’d decline, $100+ Haircuts I DID NOT WANT EACH visit, FRANK DID IT ANYWAY -- I SERIOUSLY REGRET EVER going to FRANK - CON MAN! My last visit I DID NOT REQUEST OR WANT a Cut- Frank TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to CUT my hair, he used thinning shears & he cut LAYERS I DID NOT ASK FOR OR WANT! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY the MOST HORRENDOUS Haircut OF MY LIFE! See my before and AFTER PHOTOS!! Frank DESTROYED my thick LONG hair! Frank's a complete CON MAN - I was a complete FOOL as he COMPLETELY RUINED my LONG, beautiful hair ALL FOR HIS COMMISION & GREED! MORE SCAM: The front desk at Christmas BOGO - WILL DOUBLE charge you for the so called By one get one Free - A COMPLETE- SCAM -- I was charged for the product, then charged AGAIN when it was not in stock and I had to pick it up later for the BOGO. NOTHING was by one get one free EVER! Scams are all they run at this salon. At my new salon - stylist said I'm the 3rd PERSON who has shared this experience - bad haircuts and treatment from Saskia Salon! Owner Saskia's RESPONSE to my review demonstrates SASKIA IS AS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL & unprofessional owner! A FULL REFUND (Still waiting for) & APOLOGY should have been the response, yet obviously Saskia is TRAINING her staff to SCAM to DRIVE up prices. NO Apologizing for my HORRIFIC experience by one of her Stylists - CLAIMS to protect my identity YET published my full name to disclose my identity. EVEN MORE REASON TO AVOID Saskia's Salon - the CREEPY owner INTENTIONALLY does things to try to damage former clients. She TRAINS her stylists to RIP you off as you can see other comments, people who didn't want the $40 treatment given it ANYWAY against their will. Also state the WORST experience of their lives. CON ARTIST SCAMMING people behave like this! Saskia's response ONLY STRENGTHENS MY ONE STAR REVIEW! I FRANK RUINED MY HAIR, before Saskia's Salon I HAD GORGEOUS HAIR -- @ SASKIA'S SALON - FRANK COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND RUINED MY HAIR! SASKIA: I DID NOT ENJOY MY LAST YEAR, I FELT RIPPED OFF EVERY VISIT! I WISH I HAD LEFT FAR SOONER!! You owe me REFUND at Min. My 16-year-old would do better & she told me immediately after my last cut as Saskia's how thin and TERRIBLE my hair looked. PICTURES SHOW How BAD a cut!"

"I was in the salon today and had a fantastic cut and color with Frank. My daughter and I have been going to Frank and Lettie for over 10 years, and have consistently had exceptional service. If you are looking for a creative and knowledgeable stylist who is an excellent communicator then I can strongly recommend either Frank or Lettie. The salon is filled with tons of natural light and is comfortable and very welcoming to all clients. I always leave feeling refreshed and extremely satisfied."

"This place is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The owner Saskia is so sweet and helpful. Ally is amazing with her skills and took the time to save my hair for a big event when I was in a panic. Everyone I have encountered at this salon is fantastic. Highly recommend"
