"We were planning to use this business because we were recommended through a family friend. I have felt very let down through this entire process, lack of communication and leveling on what to expect from this mechanic shop. We ultimately decided to go another way after over a month of trying to mull over the details. My only recommendation to this shop would be to work on your communication on big projects and maybe give weekly updates - through email, if it’s a project that will take longer than a few days to avoid miscommunication. I firmly believe writing out emails vs making phone calls to give detailed instructions or any other important piece of information is very critical in business. That way no information can be cast aside or forgotten about and if it is, you will always have a reference point. Thank you for this learning experience."
