"This experience is for Bell road and 79th Avenue, Peoria AZ 5 star experience with Joanne and zero star Experience with 18 years experience RUDE stylist Today I visited this place with my son. I have been here before and always got good stylist and service. Today I checked in for me and my son with Joenne. While I was having my haircut, my set on was in the car finishing his food. The hair stylist was very friendly and did excellent job either my hair. When my son(11 years) came with my wife and we were expecting the same stylist would continue both jobs. Somehow there was some miscommunication and there was another lady who took his name and we were unaware. We then realized and said he is available and we sent him to her. From the beginning she was RUDE. We were just trying to explain her how we wanted his hair but she kept behaving very rude. Couple of other ladies intervened snd told us “Do not tell her what she has to do, she is very experienced. During the haircut, naturally hi s head was moving and she very RUDELY told him to keep his head straight, then onwards SHE AGGRESSIVELY moved the trimmer in his head. I told her to be gentle and she said RUDELY again “ Do you want me to stop? He is moving his head” I kept calm and while billing told her “we were not trying to teach you or interfere in your job, we were just trying to explain how we we want his hair “ and she comes back again “ I have 18 years of experience. This is how talk to customers and nobody has a problem. You go what you want to” I would recommend to Joanne and not this “18 YEAR EXPERIENCE TUDE LADY”"

"I was going to get a haircut here but I had a weird interaction with some really rude dude outside that was hitting a weed vape... but I thought ok, whatever I'll just go in and get my haircut... fine... but then as I'm inside, that SAME guy comes in. I ended up leaving just because he was SO rude to my friend and I. Plus, like... I really don't want some dude who is high off his a*$ cutting my hair. No thank you. I am visibly queer so that may have had something to do with his foul attitude. I'm not sure though. This is so not the spot y'all. Stay safe~ They had no traffic on a SATURDAY in GLENDALE for a reason. (Dude was heavier set with black hair and a full beard, steer clear.)"
