I had an issue with my oil drain plug and they could have made a lot of money on me but they did the right thing by me and worked to get my drain plug out. "Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn’t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. They knew I was going across country. See invoice. See picture for what we found under the hood. It explains everything.
