"My experience today was stellar. Maddie was a complete darling. I told her what I was having issues with & the products I was thinking of trying. She immediately knew what I needed and it wasn’t even within the method of what I was thinking to do. I never would’ve gotten this product if it wasn’t for her recommending it. Maddie was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope that every girl gets an experience with her. I’m so glad I met her!"

"What I thought was a smooth order pick up, no one greeted me or told me to give them one sec. I looked at them multiple times and they looked straight at me and no one came to help. I had to ask them if they were going to help me. Horrible customer service and very rude ladies."

"Terrible organization and some of the rudest customer service I've experienced. We were buying some press nails and other items. The shelf said the nails were on sale for $6.99. We got in line and waited, when it was our turn the cashier didn't even wait for us to walk up, or say hi. She demanded "phone number." After she began scanning our items, she was angry and extremely passive aggressive because they wouldn't scan so she had to type in the number. The nails then came up at $15.99 so I mentioned the price it said on the shelf was different. and she said "did you read the dates?" There was at least half a dozen of the tags on the shelves stating the varieties of nails were $6.99, we did not get out a magnifying glass to read the barcode. We simply stated that we did not, and she rudely said "yep, it's probably expired. " Due to the significant quantity we were purchasing and the price difference I stated "okay then I guess we will pass " she did not acknowledge us AT ALL after this but she still had everything else scanned in so we stood there for a second and then she just barked at us "you can leave." We will not be coming back to this location ever again, and will consider shopping elsewhere before returning to any Ulta after this experience."

"I wish they would stock the Color Pop shadow colors that they have on display. Seems silly to display a color then not have it in stock. This happens a lot at this store, specifically with the Color Pop eyeshadow display. Other than that, staff is nice and helpful and the store is clean."

"I have previously tried the Benefit Brow Bar and I thought it was a good service. The technician said I didn't need an appointment, she also accepted walk-ins. However, a few weekends ago I went in for a walk-in and I was told she was fully booked. I never saw the technician but I had communication with an Ulta employee. So, I decided to make an appointment online while being at the store when I noticed she had an appointment available the same day and time that I was there. Now, I only believe that she didn't want to service me."
