"This location has completely gone downhill I went in for a simple pedicure and ended up snipped on my little toe. When I yelled in pain the so called tech laughed. Even though they replaced my tech who was much better. They didn't even talk to the tech that harmed me and the tech continued working on someone else. This location is a hard pass for me."
"I've been going to this nail salon for the past six months. I keep thinking the techs will do a better job and start to care about their work. They haven't and they don't care. I got a new set yesterday and I have 3-4 cuts on my fingers. This isn't the first time but it will be the last time. I don't care how good their prices are. Its not worth being nothing more than a pay check. I have been to lots of nail salons, this one ranks as one of the worst. I will not go back.....they REALLY don't care about their customers or the product they produce."
"I went to get coffin nails done and I am not someone who complains but I didn't leave satisfied. My nails looked uneven and crooked. I wanted a maroon color and the color the lady used made my nails look bright purple. Since there was no turning back I asked her to paint my toe nails the same color, she painted them BRIGHT RED!!! My finger nails and toe nails did not match at all. I was very upset, the work I received was NOT worth what I paid for. I recommend you guys try somewhere else for your nails. I'm not someone who complains but I will not be returning for service of ANY KIND. Look somewhere else for your nails!!!!!"
"Location very clean, has been there for 10 yrs. Great customer service. Ladies are nice and paid attention to detail. I had in grown nails and the lady was very knowledgeable and determined to get them out. Hands and feet looks great."
