Gentle Dental Avondale

"I had a negative experience at the Avondale location. Maybe the worst experience I've had. I had a normal check up today. Dentist told me everything was fine, no cavities. The hygienist came in and suggested I needed a deep cleaning. When I declined, the assistant came in and advised I needed a deep cleaning. Another assistant approached me and told me the insurance requested I get a deep cleaning. I once again declined and the lady told me my teeth are going to fall out! So I am waiting on them to clean my teeth and the hygienist tried again to force me to get a deep cleaning and asked me if I speak English! Then told me my insurance would be upset if I didn't get this deep cleaning. I asked for a normal cleaning and the hygienist told me I get a deep cleaning or nothing. After all of that I didn't get any cleaning. I felt bullied about the lack of professionalism and respect! We know insurance doesn't recommend deep cleanings. I am very disappointed. Please beware and don't allow them to attempt to upset you if you don't need it. I will not be returning."
