"I do not recommend this location if I could give zero stars I would, but I wanted to leave A review. This office is very unorganized and not very clean. The floors appear to not be swept or cleaned. Some of the trash was around the trashcan. It is concerning to see the dental instruments have no protection, whereas I have gone to other dental offices, and they have protection wraps on the dental instruments, especially with the floors looking filthy. There is a big counter used for each station, but the technician did not clean the tables prior to using. There is a Sign warning, patients and families to be patient since they are short staffed but I noticed there was about five employees hanging out on the side back on their phones and laughing. It just seemed unprofessional, especially when there is a sign stating they are shortstaffed. I would understand if when there isn’t any patience or it’s break time, but they went back to work after hanging out for 10 minutes. Instead maybe being productive and verifying insurances or sweeping the floors. since I was told my insurance would be verified ahead of time instead it was verified the day of my visit and had to wait about 20 minutes for them to tell me they could not locate how to verify my insurance it just seems like the staff does not have very much knowledge about insurance policies or if their patients fill out the forms ahead of time. Overall, I will not be taking my child back. It was a bad experience. They also have no patient connection, The attraction seem very transactional with the doctor and all staff. I have gone to other dental offices with better service."

"DO NOT COME HERE. I hate writing negative reviews, but this location calls for it! We have been going here for about 4 years. Over the years you can just tell everyone there is stressed and overworked. My son had his first cavity so we had to book an appointment for a fill, which took two months to get in. Then when we got there we were initially seen by the assistant, but then had no communication for 45 minutes while we just sat there. Mind you, my son hasn't had any food or water all morning and it's already 10:30am by this point. No one tells us how long we are waiting for or what's happening next. We just sit there and watch the staff clean around us in obviously bad moods, for 45 minutes! Then finally we move forward with the appointment and get moved into a room. Where we wait another HOUR AND A HALF before the doctor came in, with no communication. Mind you, this room is a no screen time room so we just sit there and watch fish swim on their TV. By the time we had been seen almost THREE HOURS later, he was nervous and hungry and crying. He also has sensory issues (which I communicated beforehand) and he was scared and anxious and they were unable to console him. So after all that they were unable to fill the cavity and seal his other teeth, and had to do a different procedure. My son is crying the whole time and so scared and the medication they gave didn't make him drowsy at all, or more likely it had worn off by the time they got to him. And they said we had to do it again in six weeks! NO thank you! I will never bring him to this office ever again. We didn't leave there until 12:30pm, and his appointment was at 9:30am. He cried the whole way home."

"I do not recommend for any children! Very rude staff. I had to wait longer than any other patients because my aunt came in a hijab. They saw patients that came in an hour later and we were still waiting our turn. I spoke to front desk and all she said was “you can contact our manager about your bad experience”. The doctor had no patience with my four-year-old after my daughter being there for an hour and a half she was anxious, and the doctor just told me to reschedule because she was not able to check her teeth. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and myself."

"Transferred my son to this new Avondale location due to me living closer here but honestly I was not very pleased with them I must say first and last time my son comes here to begin with my son is special needs and the girl who took his X-rays was a little rude to my son cause he wasn’t cooperative but he is special needs which I stated when I set his appointment up then they only had 1 dental doctor let alone it was super full in there the staff seemed a little frustrated with each other which was not good then lastly doctor comes checks my son out and says he has ZERO cavities yet he has a huge one and I point it out and she says “Oh yea it’s a small cavity” like she was rushing cause it was backed up in there. I’m very disappointed I will rather take the 25 minute drive and take my son back to 51st Ave and Olive location they are great there I’ve never had a problem. Definitely give this place ZERO stars"

"We took our 2 sons, Jaxsen and Owen. Our hygienist was a 21 yo who we were skeptical about. However, she was awesome and understood the developmental levels of each of our boys. The staff was awesome too. We will return."
