"I just had a horrible service experience at our local Ken Garff Hyundai. Brought my Ioniq 5 (which is less then 2 years old and under warranty) in for a warning light, they kept it for 2 days. When I picked it up I was charged over $500 on my car which is supposedly under warranty. Then within a mile 3 warnings came on for low tire pressure, the original warning light came back on, a new check smart cruise system warning came on, oh and it still says Service vehicle soon. I'm 43 years old have had many cars serviced at different places and this is far and away the WORST service I've ever had. Please use caution if you decide to use that dealer."

"I have so much to write. I will spare you and keep it short. My car was kept for over two weeks while a part was ordered. When I got my car back, the job was not completed in its entirety and there was damage to my vehicle. I brought it back for the job to be completed and damaged to be fixed. Damage was never fixed. Dealership is saying it was preexisting and will not take responsibility. Also, will not forward photos of their evidence and the cameras don’t go back far enough. Hmmm? It was less than a month ago. No integrity. Will not be returning."
