"I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire pressure light. I was called and told that I needed a new battery since it was showing a low charge. I replaced the battery two years ago. When I went to pick up my car, the papework indicated that battery showed 82% charge (that is not a low battery). Likewise, tires were not rotated nor was the tire pressure light addressed. I was told that is was all done! Too bad that you can't trust anyone anymore. I will not be taking my car there ever again."

"Called on Tuesday (1/9/24) Mark told me they were busy and to bring it in on Thursday (1/11/24), no problem. I bring my truck in for them to diagnose a fan switch issue (Joe’s auto repaired the issue previously and the issue started up again). Brought it in at 9:30 am on Thursday as instructed. I was told by Mark they were running a couple hours behind and he’d give me a call once they looked at the issue. Approximately 2:30 pm I call the shop (cause no one has called me yet) Mark says it will be a couple more hours until they can look at it. I should have known what was about to happen next. 5:58 PM I call the shop, mark says “hey, sorry bud, we were busy and didn’t get a chance to look at it, we will look at it tomorrow morning.” So…. No one was gonna call me and tell me my truck was going to need to stay overnight? I then told Mark I was gonna come pick it up because it’s our only vehicle, I’d be getting an Uber and get on my way. He says “how long? I’m about to leave” I said as soon as an Uber can get me, maybe 30 minutes til I get to the shop, he says “ok, I’ll see you when you get here”. Calls me back 5 minutes later to let me know he needs to “get across town” and will leave my car keys under the wheel well. Worst customer service I have had in awhile. Hopefully it’s a one-off instance, but this was pretty terrible in my opinion. If the part wasn’t under warranty, I would have just gone to Sun Devil."
