I’m terrible with names) took a long time and listened to my opinions and integrate them to fix it. I get a feel that the owner is very interested in only hiring good people and keeping a great work environment"

"First visit here. Couldn't find building with business name, Hello Salon. Found out it has a new owner & new business name, Salon Alta Moda. Described how we wanted the haircut, short from the back & long in the front. Haircut was not what we had described, went back to have it corrected, still not happy with results, it's actually much worse. See the pics for yourself, also she was wondering why the back of her neck was burning, the lady used a hair clipper. I welcome the owner to reach out to us. We'll have to go to another salon to get it corrected. Unfortunately the scars will be forever."
