"I was being treated very bad, bad customer service, they were talking about me I would say mocking me , the guy who did my nails was being rude, rough and very unprofessional and did NOTTT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and was trying to do as he pleased and what HE wanted to do not me. I then got up because I did not like his work at all he ended up giving me long squared nails just how I wanted but gave me two different sized nails on all my nails so they came out different sizes if I hadn’t told him to take it off I would’ve been left with that and he yanked it off ripping off my actual nail which hurt very bad. I got up and told him I didn’t like his work and that if I could go to Jay who from now on will be going my nails and no one else but him, I do not trust anyone there to handle or take my service. Overall if you’re going to book an appointment or go a walkin ask for Jay. I’ve never had a problem with him doing my nails.i also want to say that I did call the store but they kept nagging to me and were not being compatible. I also saw the reviews and saw that the store manager was replying to everyone’s review but he is saying the same thing as in copy and paste for everyone’s situation to which shows me no one there cares."

"I got a full-set. The design was cute. But unfortunately, the retention of the nails were horrible - multiple nails lifted after 10 days. As soon as they started growing out, you could see the acrylic by the cuticle was sloppy. I had to ask for both hands to be the same length and shape, and even then some of the length were still off after. Pics are directly after and almost 2 weeks later."

"I love my nails. I didn't take a photo of the last ones. However, I asked the artist to do number blocks from my grandson's first birthday and they came out phenomenal.I have been here in Arizona for 5 months. And I will be going nowhere else. The previous nail salons I attended I was never happy with the outcome."

"My mom, sister and I were visiting from out of state and found AK Nails based on a recommendation from the front desk girl at our hotel. We went over and almost left because of the amount of people waiting (seems to be a popular place). The lady came out and told us she could get us right in and I'm so glad we didn't leave! My mom and sister got pedicures which they were both very pleased with their services. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a fill in for Apres Gel-X and I was beyond happy with my services. The lady (Hoa, I believe her name is) helped pick my color and shaped my nails to perfection!!! I want to take her back home with me because of how great my service was! If we are ever back in the area, we will be visiting AK Nail Spa again!!"
