"Lana’s is the place to go for quality nails at good prices. I’ve been going here since March and have nothing but good experiences for all sorts of services (pedicure, gel manicures, acrylics), so much so that I started bringing my mom and sister! The staff is always very friendly and quite talented at nail designs, and the owner Jessica makes sure the environment is welcoming and clean. I would highly recommend this establishment!"
"I hate leaving bad reviews but I came in for a refill and 1) The nail tech was very aggressive/not careful and hurt my cuticles 2) I can see where the existing acrylic ends and where the new begins. I’ve had many many refills and never noticed the separation. 3) The red tip was done so sloppily and crooked. Not all the same shape. 4) I had the manicure finished at the same time as the pedicure and had to hold my left are up I’m an awkward position the whole time. My arm is sore now. 5) I didn’t even complain because of the attitude and the ladies talked about me the entire time so I didn’t feel comfortable to do so. 6) PS the nail polish is see through because I only got one later of polish instead of the usual 2 layers I’m sad because this weekend is my birthday so now I have to pay to have this gel removed and nails fixed."
