She really understands hair and how best to capitalize on what you have to get your desired shape and volume, and she takes the time to explain to you what she's doing and why. She recommends products that best suit your needs, but doesn't push. All the stylists and personnel are very polite and nice. I love the new salon! Side note: if you have a LOT of hair and/or curly hair, Cicely is amazing. Not everyone can cut curly hair."
