"My first time at this salon - have been looking for a new stylist in the area for a few years (we're here 5-6 months at a time). I had a WONDERFUL experience with Abby! We didn't quite get the cut right during my first visit - it was totally my bad - I asked to go shorter (I should have know better!) and I didn't give as much input as I could have...Instead of me hacking away at home (that would have been a big mistake!) I booked again to see Abby for a follow-up. She couldn't have been more accommodating and super understanding! She did an amazing job and I'm completely happy with the interactions and the cut. I grabbed a couple of cards on my way out because I have two other girl friends who are looking for a great stylist. Thanks Abby!!"

"Don’t go unless you want this type of haircut! I called for a refund & the staff said that I can come back for a chance to fix it. I never spoke to the owner (Dee?) even when I asked speak to the owner, talk about lack of customer service… anyway, apparently she said that I can come back to the same hairdresser that messed up my hair the first time. I ended up going back to get it fixed. It’s not cheap, $45 a haircut. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place."
