"Fast service at a great price. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my exhaust leak on my Subaru Outback while I was visiting from out of town."

"Ugh I hate leaving bad reviews. I'll try to keep this short, pictures (at bottom) worth a thousand words and all. Was quoted $350 over the phone for a catalytic converter shield for my Prius, was charged $400 without explanation or detailed invoice despite several requests. Offers no theft deterrence of any sort due to shiny bolts without any washers/thread-lock that are removed in seconds with crescent wrench. Welds are a mess. When I expressed my concerns I was told, "welds could be tidier, but structurally fine" which due to its distance off the undercarriage and the Prius's low clearance, I disagree. After an inspection, the certified individual that sent me to Exhaust Works will be withholding further referrals until it's properly addressed. Also inspected by a local fabricator who couldn't understand the cost saying, "it looks like it was made of scraps." Will be removing and replacing with the MillerCat shield recommended by Toyota for half the cost."

I was surprised when I was told that they actually check out the car looking for the issue. Some places don't, but they did and gave me the information I needed.
