"I’ve tried to resolve this with the owner for over two months with no return phone call and whenever I drop in he is supposedly unavailable. I have been coming here for years and having powder dipped manicures done by Anna. She is PHENOMENAL! Unfortunately, she was not available when I needed my nails done before vacation. I told the woman I like them a little thicker so they don’t break. Less than 24 hours after getting them done they began breaking. We were on a cruise ship for 10 days so there was no way to contact them regarding this. After arriving home I showed the owner what was left of my nails and asked for them be redone by Anna. He said there would be no charge for the redo (I tipped her $20) for the redo. Upon checking out I was told I still needed to pay for a full manicure because the original person did not fix them. I have been a customer since approximately 2015 and will never go back. Anna if you see this and ever leave please contact me and I’ll hire you privately."
