"Mel has the worst customer service ever I tried to call to get my nails done on my lunch break and she told me because I have never been there before. I cannot get an appointment so that when I explain to her that I’m coming on my lunch break and I wanted to know what might be the best time to come she then tells me that they’re booked for the day so I wouldn’t be able to come at all anyway so I let her know that she could’ve told me that at the beginning of the conversation and she said oh sorry and hung up… well you just lost a potential good customer"

"If I could score with a negative star I would .I walked in and was told with a ugly look on his face that they could not help me and shewed me away .he could of just let me know nicely that he couldn't take me and offer to schedule me for next day.i google and found another shop 3min away they were excellent"
