"Firs time visiting the shop and it was a good experience. I need a pedicure color change (had injections on my foot so couldnt do full service) and removal of acrylic tip nails and just do an overlay. Tammy listened to what I needed and worked with me in showing what she had available for color schemes. The services were well priced and customer service was great. Will be back again ."

"9/3/23 I went for a pedi today while on staycation in south Phoenix when a gf and I decided this salon would be nice to visit. Close to our lodging property. During the time I sat in the pedi/tub chair, the nail tech threw a dark wet foot towel on my leather/suede Kuru brand sandals, leaving a dye stain on them and water marks inside. The person responsible would not acknowledge her mistake. The owner did not apologize, refused to accommodate any solution for reimbursement, and blamed me for the incident-as if I worked there and dropped the towel on the shoes myself. This place has incredibly bad customer service, and I don't recommend you spend your hard-earned money there."
