"This is the second time I’ve gotten gel polish on my feet from them where the gel peels off after 7-10 days! Low quality product. Also got my nails remover and they soaked/drilled them so thin they hurt for days."

"This is the most unprofessional, dirtiest and untrained nail salon in Phoenix, Arizona. The lady that did my nails rushed through the manicure and gel polish apply. Not only were the lines uneven the paint did not extend to the cuticles of my nails. The polish was so bumpy and uneven I attempted to go back the following day to have it removed (because I did not want them to reapply because of how horrible the job was) that I just wanted it removed so I could go to my favorite nail salon (iPolish). The owner was completely rude and advised that I would need to return when the person that did my nails was working. I did not want to wait that long since she did not know when she was going to return and was not able to schedule and appointment for me. While we were talking she walked away from me (horrible customer service). $40 down the drain. Let’s just say I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever return to Bien Nails…nothing is good about this place at all."

"Hands down my favorite nail salon. I have spent the last seven or eight years trying to find a good nail salon and I have always come back to this one. Not too long ago I decided to make it my permanent nail home. The staff is so incredibly friendly. They have warm faces, great laughs, and the environment is inviting. These are people who love their job and it shows not only in their attitude but their work. My nails always look smooth, the gel is never bubbly, and they last weeks - never a chip or crack. My pedicure is always delightful. They dedicate their time to making sure their clients feel welcome and relaxed. I could not recommend another place more. Go in, ask for a deluxe pedicure and enjoy the hour long experience. You wont regret it!"
