"Horrible experience! I was a walk in, the place was not busy at all only three people being helped. They asked me to have a seat and introduced me to the person who would be doing my pedicure. Another woman walked in while I was soaking my feet and asked for the person who was helping me. It seemed as though she had been there before, and she stated she wanted to wait for the person just starting my pedicure. She had no appointment just like me…but somehow my person called another person over to do my pedicure and she hopped up to help this woman. I was so embarrassed because the other people in the chairs were just as shocked as I was at the treatment I received and made comments out loud about how rude it was. Disgusting way to treat people. I had been there previously and dropped $150 on my pedicure because I’m a big tipper…NEVER again. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible manners."
