"I did not get repairs done here so I can’t comment on that, but initial customer service caused me to not use this l place. Hartford insurance recommended I use them so I called to set up estimate. Receptionist took my number for a call back. On the third day of no call, we called them. Woman who answered was rushed and rude. Then she told us they don’t schedule appointments for estimates, you walk in and wait up to two hours. No thanks. Maybe they are great at repairs, but not for us. Going to Fix Auto Tucson - Thoroughbred where they treated us great with beautiful repair work done last year."

"They quoted us for the work to be done in 10 days. It took 5 1/2 WEEKS. Then, when I pressed them for the car, they disclosed that they had misplaced a piece, but they'd ordered it, and it would be in the next week. But the car was driveable. So I got it back, and the part didn't come in until 2 days after they said it would. The work, however, was perfect. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1."

"The team here has helped my baby not once, not twice (and not thrice) but FOUR times. Apparently his rear-end is very attractive to other vehicles...and in this most recent case, he was totaled, with extensive hidden damage and lots of curveballs on the repairs. Jak and the team met many challenges in hard-to-source parts, cost-effective repairs, and a whole slew of other things--and surmounted them beyond my expectations. Jak especially was amazingly helpful and willing to work with me to get my baby back into fighting shape, and looking awful slick too. It was a journey from a salvage title to where we are now, and I am stupidly grateful for every last bit of work and help and, well, everything."
