He made us feel like it wasn’t worth his time talking about this because “he has 150,000 car that they deal with. It was a really bad experience. They did the oil change and inspection in about an hour and the complimentary car wash took another 20-30 minutes. Everything that was noted during the inspection was explained as well as the recommended services. Overall, very pleased with my service."
