"First and foremost, I was getting my nails done by Li Na. As I was getting my nails done, there was a dog that was running around with no supervision, meaning there wasn’t a leash attached to the Dog. I’ve suffered through traumatic experiences with Dogs. When I was getting my nails done, the hairstylist next to my nail technician had a Dog. This wasn’t like a service dog where the dog helped the individual with disability issues. I let the lady know that I needed the Dog to be on a leash because i’m highly terrified of Dogs. I’ve heard from many other clients that they suffered through the same experience with their service. So then, I decided to talk to the head owner of the building and let him know about this complain. Instead he laughed in my face through the phone, and making fun of something that i fear and want to be taken seriously. I was hospitalized because of the issue, being laughed at by the owner and him not taking this issue seriously, will cause these businesses to suffer."
