"The workers are pleasant. However, you get an appt @ 9:30am & doors closed, lighting off. You have to wait about 10mins to enter. That was my experienced today. They regular manicures are very poorly done in 10 mins. Its a waste of money. For a regular manicure/pedicure the charge is $45. I have been going here for years since it's walking distance from home. After this last experience I will look elsewhere for a business that provides quality"

"They do great work, very detailed oriented. One of the few salons I've been to where I don't have to ask them to fix or touch up something. They are perfectionists and it comes out great every time."

"This place used to be very good, but the quality of their product and customer service has gone down. I used to go to this place all the time before the pandemic, but sad to say this will be the last time I come out to this Salon. I got a gel manicure and less than five days of getting the manicure the nails started lifting. No extra activities were done in the five days (such as swimming or anything that would take them off). My friend who came with me, also had the same issues with her gel nails (lifting within five days of getting them done). I came back to the place the following weekend to get them fixed, and the staff was very rude and said that because it’s gel they will chip and it just depends on the person (lol). I have never had an issue with gel nails chipping or lifting within five days of getting them done. They refused to fix it that day and made me come back the following day, and the guy was rude and said that this is the only time he’s going to fix it for me and that he will only do one color not the multiple colors that I had originally on my nails, which they up charged me eight dollars to originally do. Costing me $41 for a gel manicure. Overall, very disappointing with the quality and customer service here. Save your money and go to a different salon."

"Great salon! This is the only place I've been where my dip comes out perfect and lasts for 3 weeks and doesn't crack or mess up even with my nails all grown out! They also have 2 kids pedicure chairs (most salons only have 1)."
