Yellow Cab 1055 East 18th Street, Tucson, AZ 85719

"I really do not want to give 1 star. We had an elderly couple that has tried a few times before today and arrange for a ride and noone showed up. Guess what? They did pick them up today to take them about 6 miles away and the gentleman needed a wheelchair. She called and someone was going to be here at 4:15 and no one showed we called again and they told her they do not have anyone and hung up on her. Then I called and was told by looking at the confirmation number that he is on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes. No one showed. I was also told they would call. They did not. I had someone waiting at the front door. No one showed up. Then I was told they sent someone 4 times and now they do not have anyone. This is the most unreliable company and I will never use yellow cab and I will also tell everyone I come in contact with DO NOT TRUST THEM. How can you do business like this? Well I guess you aren't because the drivers lie and do not show up"

"Update 3/24: Reserved a cab the night before but no one came. I called and was told that the driver recorded the pick up as complete even though he never picked me up. Requested a second cab and I called back to find out how long the wait would be and was told there weren’t any available cabs to pick me up. Had to make other arrangements at 3:30am 8/23: I booked with this company because they were cheaper than Uber. Customer service rep was polite and helpful. I requested a 3:45am pickup for the airport. Driver arrived early which I appreciated. Company communicated by text to keep me informed. Yonas was my driver and was very pleasant. I would use them again"

"I called to set up my pick up was told it was not a problem. Next day no taxi I called and was told it's 42min out had to cancel. Find other option to work at this point am going to be an hour late instead of 20 min. Due to your poor service I am now set up for Uber ride. And for the yellow cab that showed up and I asked him if he was my ride said no. I tip my Uber that much more because right in front of u I told him he gets the big tip. Never going to refer yellow cab again."

"I lost my job because of Yellow Cab. They stood me up twice in the same hour for a ride to work. The dispatcher said the driver was at the address waiting, but there was no one out there, and I had no missed calls or texts from them. I confirmed they had the correct address on the phone. Long wait times to get through to the dispatcher as well. It was a busy time. What a fiasco."

"Gee, I hope I have the right Yellow Cab Company in Tucson because the reviews I have read here are pretty abysmal. My experience was quite pleasant. Leaving the airport I flagged Carlos down right quick and he cheerfully took me to my destination without putting my life in danger. The next morning I called his associate Marco who promptly arrived to take me to my next destination; again without putting me in any danger at any time. Both gentlemen were very friendly and eager for work. The prices they charged me were most certainly cheaper than using Uber or Lyft. Be aware though; if you are going just a short distance do know that there is a minimum $12 charge. Recommended."
