"What can I say? Their ad is definitely not a scam! This has been the best experience I have EVER had with an auto repair shop! I called in on Monday and they took my 2023 GR86 in the same day! My vehicle was extremely damaged by the hailstorm in August, it hurt to look at it. Lupita explained everything to me and did the whole process for me. She filed the claim with my insurance agency, reserved my rental vehicle, and was kind enough to take me to enterprise to pick up the vehicle. The owner Eric has so much pride in his shop and his staff. He also took the time to explain all the methods of removing the dents in detail! He gets right to the point, so that he can get your vehicle right back to you. The team is so AMAZING!! Not only did they fix the hail damage, but they brought my car back detailed, with a full tank of gas! && no need to stress about calling your insurance. "First time here, and I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. I have to say I have a lot of positive things to say about this place :). I'll break the categories down for further detail. Atmosphere: It's a little office, but boy does the personality really shine with the guys that run this place. They are super great (Ed, Renee, and the crew), and they definitely know how to make a customer feel welcomed. Positive vibes all around. Employees: Ed, Roberto & Renee, went above and beyond for me and gave me everything I needed in terms of how the process works, time-lines, working with the insurance adjuster etc. They took full control of the entire process which made the process easier for me and quite frankly a lot less stressful. These guys exemplify good customer service. Very grateful Price: While, I filed a claim through my insurance, the perk of this place is that its a $0 deductible on your end, and if you do pay a deductible its very little from my understanding (Always ask of course). After my service was complete, I paid $0 dollars, as I have a $500 deductible. Quality of work: I received my car in perfect condition after the PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) was complete. Not only did they do an exquisite job, they even detailed my car which is an easy $150+ job, all included with service. Speed: I was told the job would be complete in 2-3 weeks, and they got it done in 2 weeks and 2 days! Considering all the cars they had from a major hail storm that took place, they did a speedy job and I couldn't be more happier. Recommendations: I'd highly suggest checking these guys out if you ever need dental removal services! They are honest, humble, and they give it to you straight. I appreciate that greatly which made the whole experience a lot easier for me personally. For prices, its hard to tell as I went through my insurance for my claim, so I'd suggest working with them for all non-insurance things included. They're moto is $0 deductible, which is a huge draw, and a good reason to at least check them out!"
