Tony's LA Nails

"Very disappointed in the customer service, the older gentleman with glasses didn't have great communication skills, he didn't listen nor was gentle while doing my nails. He filed my pinky so hard the skin on the side was mostly scrapped off and now it's bothering me. He was gripping onto my fingers so hard that his nails was piercing into my skin and it hurted. I told him that he was hurting me but continued to handle me roughly. When applying the polish he rushed and did a sloppy job. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and was ready to leave. I didn't want to cause a scene cause I wanted to be a good customer. But I don't recommend this location or at least this older "gentle man" (using gentle lightly). I honestly wish I could get my money back."

"I went here once to get a fill. I told the lady (owner) my nail had a crack and she said it’s okay ima put glue on it. Instead of fixing it like I asked. Next day it broke. I went back and she said it was my fault after I asked her to fix it. Other lady here that does pedicures is amazing however everything is completely ran by what the owner says. I decided to try again with the pedicure. I went in and spoke to lady that’s great and does pedicures and she said to come back in an hour. I wired an hour already running short on time because I had to be to work once the hour was up I was ready. A client walked in that had an appt at 1230 that the owner made an appt with and she told me sorry I forgot I had appt so your gonna have to wait another hour so the nice lady I was waiting for can cover her appt because she Did not know how to manage her clients well. Not only that the shop had roches running around and the lady was eating a corn on the cob while doing peoples nails gross! No sanitation at all. Will never go back. Poor lady that does pedicures there is working under a wicked witch"

"As soon as i walked in I didnt feel very welcomed. They looked at me as more of a chore lol. I asked about pricing on a basic set, for them to tell me they couldn't do that one. I showed another basic set which she said would be well over a 100 for just my hands. Went down the street and spent only 80 on my hands instead with some extra bling."

"Been going here for forever. The owner is very nice and they have a lot of variety from colours to tips and even airbrush design. They will try to upsale you, but what place doesnt. Only thing is no kids allowed so make sure you have someone to watch your kids."
