"We ordered an enclosure for our 2016 Cart in the 1st week of January. We were told it would be 2-3 weeks. Interestingly, the other shops were saying 2-3 months. I stopped by after 3 weeks and was told they’re running 4 weeks. I checked back and was told “we’ll call you when it’s in.” It’s now the beginning of March and I just canceled the order. What’s interesting to note — and motivated me to post a review is the fact that they “knew” when we placed the order it would take much longer than 2-3 weeks — and when Martin told me after 3 weeks they were taking 4 weeks…he “knew” that wasn’t true either. Tell-tale signs when you know someone is bending the truth is when they won’t even make eye contact when you’re having a conversation. Even more interesting — he wouldn’t make eye contact (again) when I canceled the order today. Bottom line — we will be getting our enclosure from the internet in less than a week — along with the new black roof etc. There are much better Golf-Cart dealers to work with in the area…if you still choose Coyote Golf Cars…remember, I told you so..!"
"I bought a golf cart there two years ago. I traded in my old golf cart for another used cart, relinquished my title and never got a transfer title for the new cart. I asked the sales manager Chris for a title over 15 times over a year and a half. He always had excuses for not providing one. I went to the DMV and asked them about it, since the manager blamed the DMV for not getting the title. The DMV looked up the VIN number and told me the cart was not registered to Coyote, but to someone else! So it appears to be a stolen cart. I have since filed a fraud complaint with ADOT."
"Great little shop. They will walk you through and explain to you, what is really going on about these golf carts. You have any problems you can call , or stop and buy and chat with them, and they'll tell you how to fix, or fix it for you. They have truck to come and get your cart also. If you're on a budget or you have big bucks they can find something for you. Excellent place. Talk to Martin."
"We bought a brand new series Golf Cart from Martin almost $10,000 when we received it they were scratches and gouges on the hood back in October 2020 we were told that he ordered a new hood for us and said he was waiting for the manufacturer to make it . here we are in February and I haven’t gotten the hood replaced yet he did follow through on sending two men to fix the horn but I’m disappointed that the hood has not been replaced. On the fence about recommending to my neighbors to purchase here"
"Easy to find and decent selection. The sales manager was very helpful for a newbie. No pressure to buy and found a used one the second time but didn't buy until I did some research. Decided to buy and they negotiated a good price. They deliver it for free after installing new batteries, tires and give a going over as part of the deal."
