"I had a great experience the first time I came in here, I was looking for new face powder and lip gloss, the gal that helped me took the time to have me try different face powders, to find the rite shade! The 2nd & 3rd time I was in here looking for different stuff, some of the employees were very rude, not in tuned with helping if you had questions, alot of them were standing around chatting! No reason to be rude, working in customer service you should always be friendly and be there for the customers! I'm not sure if I'll be back to this store, especially if that's how they are going to treat their customers! I'll take my money elsewhere.."

"I made an app to have my short hair cut and update texture. A helper washed my hair and a gentleman did my hair. When I checked out the cost was presented me in the amount of $321.00. I was in shock as I was not in Scottsdale but Surprise. I do take some responsible because I did not ask the price when making app. They won’t see me there again,"

"I had my hair cut by Hermes at the Ulta store in Bell road. He was able to salvage my hair after a really terrible job by someone else. He is an absolute master with the scissors. He will u def stand what it is you want and how to work with the texture of your hair to provide outstanding results. He is at the top of his craft, a true master stylist. Highly recommend."

"It sucks that i forgot the person who helped me out name, but she had a pixie cut sort of, & this was October 14 around 1-2 pm, but she helped me shade match and pick a foundation and concealer and matched me like nobody else has been able to on her second try! she was so helpful and recommended me some thing that fit my skin perfect, and wore perfectly throughout the day! She's a great worker definitely made my day easier!!!"
