"I’ve been going to this Sally’s for a long time and had no problems. However recently a group of girls has started working there and although some of them are nice I have noticed that the store is randomly closed way more frequently. I tried to stop in today and instead they watched me try to open the locked door from their car and didn’t say anything. And then ran inside and closed and locked the door once I decided to head back to my car. And as someone who runs on a tight schedule and it is very inconvenient. I sat outside the store for around 15 minutes and never once did any of them come to unlock the door."

"Will be making the extra 4 mile drive to go to the Sally’s right up the street. I ran a sally beauty from 2019-2021 and I hope I NEVER made a customer as uncomfortable as I was just made by the old woman with frizzy black hair and glasses that works here. I usually avoid asking for help because I have completely change my hair once a month for years and know exactly what works best for my hair I just went through a major chop and wanted to switch my color once again. They did not have the specific product I was looking for so I made the mistake of asking her if they have any in the back after telling me no she asked me what I planned on doing with my hair and I reluctantly told her because I had no interest in discussing or any further assistance past if they had the product I need. I was looking specifically for red tone remover bleach additive and made the mistake of telling her I was trying to get red out of my hair from a layered dye (copper orange not like the actual color red) and she proceeded to try to tell me I need green i explained to her I know what I need for my hair and walked away. She continues to follow me around the store talking about it while I’m trying to put away the products I no longer needed. I was visibly uncomfortable and she continued to beat the dead horse at the check out when I told her I previously worked at Sally’s and know what works for my hair she came at me about the color wheel and using the opposite on the color wheel. Yes ma’am we went through the same EXACT training it hasn’t changed a year later. I need BLUE not green as she continuously kept pushing. She kept telling me she likes using toner. I have no interest in purchasing toner until have have lifted and know what tone will be remaining she was pushy and condescending don’t waist your time go up the street the girls are much nicer and not pushy."
