The first one they found the yard busted it pulling it out and rc managed to find another one and get it from tuscon and made the appointment on time! Even traveling out to my homestead 40 miles away! They arrived on time and friendly, installed the window beautiful and handled everything with my insurance. "RC Auto Glass was great to work with after my husband’s windshield was broken by a mystery object that flew off the car in front of him driving home from work. Now, this wasn’t just a regular windshield replacement… this car is his pride and joy… and I was *nervous* about the replacement knowing he would flip his lid if it wasn’t right or the car got scratched in the process. I researched a bunch of shops locally that were on my insurance’s list of approved businesses to work with. All had mixed reviews, except RC, which only had positive reviews (although fewer reviews than many of the big shops). As soon as I chose the shop on the claim, I was contacted by Cecilia. I immediately knew we were in good hands. She sent a tech over to look at the car prior to ordering the replacement to double check any tint or other features (like the heads up display) that needed to be kept in mind. Once the car was double checked, RC helped us through the process of getting the additional tint covered by the claim, which was beyond what was on the standard replacement windshield. The installation was delayed from the original planned date due to incoming rainstorms that RC wanted to ensure did not impact the glue drying or lead to future leaks. When the weather cleared, the RC team did the installation onsite at my husband’s job and it turned out PERFECT. He was so happy with the outcome, since he had only had the car for a couple of months and was really bummed about the windshield. RC Auto Glass was fast, detailed, careful, and did an outstanding job. If we ever need another replacement, I will definitely use them again!"
