"I have been using AALLl insurance for quite a long time. And I’ve had some pretty good reps and great service over the years. But I truly and genuinely enjoyed my rep that I had today. Her name was Sarah. She works out of the globe office. She was so extremely friendly, very very helpful, super patient with me, whole I took my time to make the decisions I needed to make for my policy. and very accommodating as well. I’m really glad that I had the opportunity to meet her today, over the phone of course, but still super great experience with her! Oh, and it was a Saturday afternoon and a lot of people would be personally irritated and agitated that they have to work on the weekend, but she seemed genuinely happy with her job, and with the people that she’s servicing.
