"I was in a rear end collision at the start of 2022. I was recommended Vanderpool by my trusted VW auto mechanic. They were very nice and easy to work with. My Golf was in the shop much longer than I expected but that wasn’t entirely Vanderpool’s fault. My insurance took awhile to negotiate payment, parts were in short supply, and they had a couple cars ahead of mine. When I picked it up they apologized for it taking so long, which was fine. The workmanship was very good and my car looked as good as it did before. The owner admitted to me that “we aren’t the fastest, but we do a good job” and I have to agree."
