"We (family) have 6 Fords that have heavy usage every day. We rely on our Fords seven days a week to keep our family business running. Our Service Advisor, G Herndon, has given us excellent service for several years now. He knows our vehicles and how the family uses and relies on them. He always gives thorough service, not just focused on the item we need at the moment. I can't count the times his complete vehicle health checks have discovered issues before they become problems. To us, that is critical as these vehicles are used in remote areas at all times of the day and breakdows could be very dangerous. "Alan Heady, the assistant service manager saved my day, after a mixup with their schedule. I arrived for service as per my appointment. Somehow my appointment was missing. Alan stepped in to save my day. The work would take longer than I wanted to wait. He graciously setup a Lyft driver for me to return home. Positive attitude and quality service is a five star rating in my book!"
"First and only time I will ever use them for service. First off, to get someone to call you back to schedule and get an appointment that doesn't meet their online list is difficult. After getting an appointment, the communication did not improve. Patrick was my service advisor and I really don't know what he advises on. Left my car late Thursday for me to pay $169 for an assessment of what I told them was wrong. Never got an estimate for work to be performed in my email as I requested. Was told the money I paid for the assessment would be applied to work performed, but it wasn't. Was told I would get a call on Monday to bring the car back for one hour of work to be performed, but I had to call after getting a text thanking me for using them and to complete a survey. I asked for an appointment around 3 pm, but was told that I needed to be there first thing in the morning. When I showed up for my appointment at 8 am on Tuesday, I was told I didn't have an appointment until later that afternoon, but Patrick told me they would have me out by 10 am and got me in. I asked Patrick at 9:40 if they had started working on my car and was told they just started programming the part and 10 minutes later they pulled my car out. At 10, because Patrick was still chit chatting with other employees (never have I seen so little work performed for people being so "busy" and yes I was close enough to hear the jokes and conversations), I went to the cashier because I had an appointment to get to. After asking about why I didn't get credit for the assessment as I was told, the manager came up and answered my question with a "no". Never again... never again! It is no wonder dealers get a bad wrap!"
