"One star is only for the technicians who actually did end up fixing the car issue. The main problem was the service staff experience: disrespectful, flakey conversations that never lined up with what anyone was saying about the status of the car. In two weeks, no one ever called, I had to follow up to get answers constantly. Voicemails are never responded to. Put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, inconsistent gibberish about when/what part was needed and a timeline for fixing the car. Legitimately inane communication with little to no respect for customers who are now down a vehicle for 2-3 weeks."

"Great service department experience overall. Called to make an appointment for a routine brake service, spoke with the service manager who quoted me a great price for the service, extremely competitive for genuine Mazda dealer brake job. Dropped the car off the night before the service appointment, spoke to the same service manager at the desk who welcomed the early drop off. Brake job was finished timely the next day, spoke with the same service manager during the day who also advised they were caring for a recall item on the car, free of charge of course. Really appreciate them going the extra mile and saving me another appointment down the road for the recall service. Picked up the car and checked out with the same service manager. End to end, great customer service, consistent information, flawless execution on the routine service performed and recall repair, no issues, no concerns, no upselling, no extra fluff, good communication, solid service department. I will be returning soon. Additionally, this was my second visit over the course of a couple years with a different car each time, consistent great service both visits."
