My car was listed as detailed/washed and it was dirtier i honestly don’t believe they washed it as stated in the paper work, I would really like to take it somewhere else that that honors the maintenance agreement."

"This service department was very helpful. They took care of my oil change, rotated my tires, and a few other minor maintenance services. Their service was very thorough and professional. The staff were all very helpful, and my primary technician answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable. The only part of my whole experience that was less than great, was that there was a significant wait time even with a scheduled appointment."

"Did a general synthetic oil change for my 2017 Charger. They don’t offer any online coupons at LHMJ for a better price but believe me, you don’t want to go to Larry H Miller Dodge. I’ve had several issues with them damaging my car while working on it. No more thank you. NOTE: the work done at the LHM Jeep dealer was done correctly and I had no issues there. My issues are with the LHM Dodge dealer over off 22nd and Rosemont. I will add Photos to show the damage done to my car during the Condenser (AC) and radio repair last summer. They had to remove the entire of the dash and seats to get this done. This would take a a great deal grinding against (see pics). Something my Nike's just cant do. Also, no bolt put back in the side post of the seat. I was treated like I was lying and even told that they did not do this so it must have been me. A service desk worker as well as the Service manager both made huge excuses and did their best to ignore and blame me. There is more to the story. Write me if you have questions."
