"2 years ago it was 5 stars. I have gone in twice within a month and I have had the worst customer service. Today Javier was rude and had no compassion. I cried leaving there. I will never do business with Kia again. Going back to Jim Click Ford. If you have ROADVANTAGE, go to discount tire."
"I have a Kia forte. I made an appointment 4 times. Two of which they said I was not in the system and sent me away. One time they said I needed to pay for it when I have the free oil changes for life and one I missed because of a car accident and when I did come in they said they were not taking walkins. I’ve called them at least twice a week since then and no one picked up the phone. I left many messages and no one has called me. I still need an oil change."
"What a joke this place is. Went for a recall on my Kia. Waited six weeks for the appointment, then an additional 20 minutes once I arrived for the assistant manager to come out for my service appointment, only to be told “the update can stop your cruise control and other key features from working so we don’t recommend the install.” I lost two hours of work and a bunch of gas for a complete waste of time. Could’ve called or emailed to save the time. Think of your clients, or you’ll lose em."
