"This is the second time I have had to use this Ford dealership for a truck repair while traveling in Tucson. My first visit several years ago was exceptional. As a former Service Advisor myself (13 years at a Ford store at home) I understand completely the value of going above and beyond customer expectations. My second visit to Holmes Tuttle Ford left me very disappointed. My last repair on my previous truck, when I got my truck back it had been nicely detailed, which was a very nice surprise to me as I am super particular with my truck. This visit not only was it not even washed but I got it back dirtier than when I took it in. This was not a time issue as I had other wheels and another day would not have bothered me. I had left the truck on a "squeeze you in" basis which was ok with me at the time. I did not get acknowledged in a timely fashion when I first arrived at the dealership. And I had to wait too long in my opinion for a service writer to write me up. And when he did finally show up I did not sense his greeting as particularily friendly. I got a text after the truck was returned from said service advisor asking me to respond if anything about the service was less than I expected please let him know. So I did. And I got complete silence. So as a former service advisor, and also as a paying customer, I know exactly what the reponse from him should have been and also what I had expected. But no response whatsoever indicates that his particular level of service is not near as high as it should be. Dale Hort"

"Please go to another ford dealer for your service needs. The service advisor Kristeen Sanders is rude, inefficient and simply doesn’t care about customers. My Ford Maverick it’s been sitting at the dealer without any work done other than a simple oil change. She didn’t care to have the latch or the wheel repair… oh and don’t try to call her because she will never answer or return your calls even after numerous voice messages left. I had to go and look for her personally four times and she was always busy or not there. Pls don’t use this dealer services at all!!"

My routine maintenance took less time than originally anticipated. Even with as busy as they were, my technician Eric worked fast and in a timely manner. Well done!"
