"I wanted to inform everyone that Brad passed away at the end of August. He lost his battle with lung cancer. I was there with him a few hours before he passed and I can say he died peacefully and wasn't in pain at the end thankfully. He will be missed. He was such a huge part of my life for many many years and he is someone I'll never forget. R.I.P John Bradley Esselstyn."

"took my truck in because it was diagnosis with a bad timming chain. Mechanic said he would check it out before doing the chain due to cost, so I waited a month with no call back or update only to find out my number was lost. I was ok with this because stuff happens, so next I'm told its timming chain and the cost of parts would be so much so I put the deposit down on parts. I waited 3 months with no updates unless I called and it was never from the mechanics, which at month 3 they start ignoring my calls so I we t to shop and finally found someone I could talk 2 and was told he was dealing with medical issues so he couldn't do the work...again I'm fine with this, wished him the best of luck and had my truck towed out shop. Now im 3 months in waiting on my refund for parts and I've had to physically go there twice and leave my number and still nothing...I don't k ow what I should do I feel bad for the shops situation but I cant just leave without refund on my parts, especially after going this long with no vehicle waiting on them"
