"Worked just fine once I remembered to update my credit card info in the app. :) Drove here all the way from the Tucson Airport because it was the only super fast charger listed in the area. I'll be stopping here again on the way back to Phoenix in my rental car."

"Very hard to read. Some screens are VERY, VERY slow to respond to touch. Some are just slow. I highly recommend having your phone number added to the transaction so you have not only the receipt texted but modifications so you don't sit longer then you need and potentially get hit with extra fees."

"I have used this location twice. Each time I was able to locate a space as soon as I pulled up. Both times were less than pleasant charging experiences. First time I used a 150kw charger that was never above 50kw. The second time I used a 350kw charger that was around 74kw and it shut off after about 19 minutes. The charger next to our car was not operating during the second visit."

"We have an ID.4 and we’re able to charge for the first three years for free. We moved to Tucson in January and we are living in apartments and we don’t have availability to charge at our apartment complex. There are only two Electrify America locations in the Tucson area and both of them are approximately 50 - 60 miles round trip. Originally our agreement was that we could charge our car until it reached it’s full capacity charge. Now when we go to charge they have changed their agreement and we can only charge for 30 minutes and when you are leasing a vehicle and you have limited mileage per month it seems somewhat unfair to change your agreement midstream."

"It's to bad Electrify/Volkswagen doesn't take care of their charging stations in Marrana Az always a lot of people here trying to use charging stations. Sometimes they work great other times you are jumping around trying to find working charging station. Most of the chargers are at limited charging or not working. So frustrating regret buying an EV. Will be so happy when I can start using Tesla charging stations next year with my Volvo."
