"This was my first time visiting Precision Toyota. I was greeted by Jason the service advisor. Jason gathered all my info and set the service call in motion. While I was waiting in the lounge I had a few questions that I hadn't asked initially. I went and tracked Jason down. He literally stopped what he was doing and had me go over to his workstation. He took the time to go through all the details about what was included in my Toyota ownership. None of which was clearly explained by the dealership I purchased the vehicle from( In New Mexico) I find that to be outstanding customer service. Based on my experience with Jason and the dealership I will be a returning customer and will tell anyone who will listen how great Precision Toyota is Respectfully, Dan Keith."

Plenty of nooks and crannies with power outlets to plug in phone, tablet, laptop, etc. A quiet zone with individual rooms with recliners and television monitors. Plenty of complimentary coffee, tea and soda. A snack bar area with delicious pastries, chips, cheese and crackers. Kurt is exceptional with checking in, following up and making any warranty related arrangements."
