"They have a lot of service writers so while it’s a little more personal and they know your case. If they happen to not be working, no one will know what’s going on with your car. They seemed very disorganised and the work done ended up costing a lot more than estimated. They charged 150$ me for diagnostic even though I declined and told them very simply that the most likely issue for my problem was my Alternator or Belt Pulley driving the alternator. Hard to get a hold of on the phone, called 5 times to no avail and ended up going in person to pickup my car which was finished on a 2hr labour rate job, 2 days later than they said it would be done. Solution: NEVER bring your car to a dealer unless it’s for Warranty work. It’s always cheaper, faster, and often better work taking it to a trustworthy independent auto shop that takes actual pride in their work."

I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours and they haven’t even began my service yet, after promising it would be done in less than 90 minutes. So now I will be late my next appointment. After finally getting my truck back I got a check engine light on the way home. Turns out they way overfilled my oil causing excess pressure. Don’t get the maintenance for life, it’s not worth the hassles."
