"I’ve experienced two service appointments…both times taking hours longer than promised. It takes several weeks to get a service appointment and then to be left languishing in the waiting area. Rude greeting, Cafe closed, no vending and not much to walk to. Pack a lunch, bring a book and prepare to spend the day if you are forced as I am to get your vehicle serviced here. Tough to communicate with and near zero contact while the car is here for hours… they’ve got years and years of this type of review which indicates leadership and cultural problems. I’d go to a different Hyundai dealer but everting with a reasonable drive is under the same ineffective ownership."

When we started to walk in, the person only then decided to tell us "oh, I don't know how to start your car". When someone finally went to get it, they realized they forgot to finish the service."
