"I'm giving 4 stars because I had a 7am appointment for 4 new tires, and I didn't get out of there till nearly 8:30 am. In bay late, but the mechanic was super nice and even noticed that I didn't need two of the four tires purchased. I kept all four new tires. There were no staff to help check out, so the wait was even longer. Overall, because of the honesty of the mechanic, I would recommend going here, just be prepared to spend a little longer than normal."

"My tire sensor kept coming on. I came here for help and help they did. I found out that changing weather can effect tire pressure. Also, I came on Christmas Eve once and a girl in the garage saved me. She was awesome!"

"Absolute garbage! I was told my damaged tire replacement was still under warranty so I okayed the work. When I went to pay I was informed the tire was in fact not under warranty and I needed to pay $160 more than I was quoted. The manager was called and not helpful at all and told me this is a learning opportunity and they will do better in the future and was unwilling to do anything about the mistake. So since I was unwilling to pay the extra money they put my old tire back on and wasted 2hrs of my time. Thanks Walmart you guys are horrible!!"

"I don't know what woman took the call but I was attempting to make an appointment for an oil change (I didn't know it was first come, first serve) and just to get her to understand the question was miserable. "I was wondering if I can get an oil change at 730 am for whatever day you have open" is what I said, was rephrased 3 different times because the woman kept asking me "so what's the question?" three times until I simply said "an oil change, at 730 am." That's not even considering that she was either talking extremely low or far from the phone, I had my phone blasting, right up next to my ear, and most I could hear was mumbling or nothing at all. Multiple times either she or I said hello just to make sure the other person was there. Just giving her my name was pulling teeth, told her Sanchez loudly and she thought it was a name that started with an F. Gave her my car model and she told me one moment, five minutes go by and nothing. Finally a man gets on the phone, says Hello? I tell him can I get an oil change at 730 am and he tells me straight forward that it's first come, first serve. Simple answer. Clear as day. Which makes me wonder how loud the woman was talking or how far away she was. That woman should not be on the phone if she can't understand and answer a simple request."
