"They sold my grandmother a lemon. It broke down a few times. After they took it in to get maintenance the transmission went out. She had it towed to a shop near by and they said it was really low on transmission oil. She talked to Jim click Ford about the car. At first they said they would help her out but when she went down there they said never mind. So now she is stuck with a car that does not work. Shame on the mechanics who "worked" on her car and shame on Jim Click Ford for backing out after they said they would help. My grandmother has bought many cars from you and trusted you."
