"If I could I’d give them zero stars! Seriously, most everything in my life was falling apart so I thought; hey I’ll get my hair done because I came in with my service dog! I guess they haven’t read federal law! I could feel they didn’t want me there! I began crying because they started being rude. Their excuse was they didn’t have any hair coloring to do my hair. I had made this appointment three weeks earlier and told them my hair was approximately 20” long and I was requesting a weave, trim & blowout. I have never been to a salon that has ever run out of color. I’m still angry and it’s been two months! Rude, inconsiderate and so unladylike!"
"Dawn gave me the best haircut I have had in 5 plus years of living here. She is the first stylist that did bleach highlights, even though I have requested that from the last four stylists and was refused. Finally I have white highlights in my gray and brown hair and it looks fabulous She is kind and attentive. I could not be happier with my hair."
