"I asked for an inverted bob, instead I have a half inch left in back with an uneven layers. Points are all over. It’s shocking what I received, clearly Ashley does not understand degrees and angles. I’m a retired hairdresser and this is the worse haircut I have ever had. I chose the color, that was good, although I don’t think the peroxide was an even amount to the color. It was way too thick Ashley is nice and welcoming. Just don’t close your eyes."
