"I’m really glad I had a gift card because I would’ve been disappointed to pay for this with my own money. I came in with dip and wanted a traditional manicure. The method that was used to remove the dip was uncomfortable. The drill bit dented my nail plate and I have air bubbles in the polish. It’s uneven and really tacky. I don’t care enough to go back in and get it fixed but I am disappointed."

"I had a pedicure with Liam, third appointment with him. I told him last appointment I thought he didn’t take enough calus off and if he could take more off this time. His reply was NO, he told me me I had bad feet and that’s the best he could do, if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. I explained I wasn’t criticizing him just asking. He also helped with an ingrown toe mail last appointment I told him it bothered me a few days later however he still did a good job. He got very nasty and defensive telling me again I made him feel uncomfortable and if I didn’t like it don’t come. back. I was in the middle of the prefigure proceeded to explain to him he was very defensive and rude. He didn’t care, I left with wet feet in the middle of the pedicure! NO ONE should be treated that way! I am a paying customer and I was very complimentary to him and his response was uncalled for!! NEVER will I go back or recommend them!!"

"Daughter and I scheduled pedicures. Everything was fine until I requested French tip pedicure. The owner, who was doing my pedicure, was visibly irritated and indicated that my toe nails were to small. I didn’t believe this was an odd request since I have done this previously many time before at other salons. He got up angrily and stormed into the restroom. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable. The owner proceeded to talk about me for 15 minutes straight and had another employee complete my French tip pedicure. Never had this experience at a nail salon. I will never return."

"Love this place! Had a fill and gel manicure today. She made sure it was even and made my nails short — which is what I wanted. She didn’t put 47 layers on... which is great because I hate when they lay it on so thick that it looks really fake. Always have great service. Clean, quiet."
