"Great, fantastic job!! Highly recommend!! They cover AHCCCS(but only for emergencies), the staff makes u feel super comfortable & Dr. Ogie does it quick!! Went in for wisdom tooth removal, very anxious not loving needles that much, & came out, way more than I had anticipated!!"

"At least one or two of the receptionists in this office are rude, lazy, rushed, and uninformed. My daughter was 1 1/2, I called my insurance to see about getting her into a dentist based on her pediatricians recommendation. They told me Robert Ogie was the only dentist showing in town. I called - the receptionist told me that since my kid was under 5 they couldn't help me. She was very rude, rushed and seemed annoyed that I asked. I called other dentists in town, I visited my insurance website... Road block after road block. We ended up driving out of town. The new office said, "Why didn't they offer to give you a referral?" I had no idea. I'm new to the health insurance game. I called them back later, again the receptionist was rude and seemed rushed. She told me again that they couldn't help me. I explained what the other dentist had told me. In a huff, she put me on hold. When she came back her tone had changed. They could do the referral. When she told me what she thought I needed to do... She still seemed like she wasn't sure she was doing things correctly. There is a whole nother part of this that happened when I followed her instructions but it would take way too long to type that out too. If you can get past the front staff, Robert himself is awesome."

"I went to Robert Ogie's office after a series of poor work done by my prior dentist that resulted in me having a tooth extracted. I came to his office after being referred to him and now I can see why. He and his employees are such great people! I take dental hygiene very seriously and so does this office. Melissa does a great job cleaning and is very personable. The entire office staff greets you with a smile. My husband HATES the dentist and I finally convinced him to see Ogie's office after a few years of dental-vacay!! He was pleasantly surprised that they had an entire game plan set for him and appointments set on the calendar for work to be done and even his NEXT cleaning-- which is something his prior dentist never did. This sort of customer service keeps us honest with our teeth and health. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!"
